Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once processing is complete, your order ships on the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods such as holidays and major sales, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5–20 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holiday peaks, shopping events or local postal delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please contact us with your order number and we will look into it.
