Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
How to return an item
- Email us at nomadic.enigmaa@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before you hear from us.
- Ship the item back with a tracked shipping service and send us the tracking number.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5β10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Email us and we will help you arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
